1. Prices

   Prices will vary according to the special offers we have over the year. The price quoted on our web page will always include the offers in force at the time of the year you make your reservation. We have a very aggressive pricing policy and should you find a better offer for a similar car and for the same date/destiny, we would appreciate your letting us know at the following e-mail address booking@low-cost-car.com and we will do our very best to improve our quotation. 2. What does the price include?

   The price quoted includes unlimited mileage, taxes, insurance and optional seats for children/babies. Luggage racks are charged at €2.00 per day.

   
3. What is not included in the price

   The price quoted does not include gasoline nor gas oil. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had on renting it. Should you so desire, you may contact additional insurance coverage, but in the majority of cases this is not necessary.

   
4. May I change Islands?

   The car must be driven on the same Island where it was rented. If you take the car to another Island this will be at your own risk as the insurance policy does not cover this possibility and you would be liable for all costs related to any incident that may occur including the cost of sending the car back to the Island where it was rented. Should you need to change Islands, kindly send us an e-mail to booking@low-cost-car.com and we will study your specific case.

   
5. Requirements?

   In order to rent a car you must be over 25, in possession of a driving licence for the last 3 years and be a holder of a credit card.

   
6. Duration of the Car Rental?

   A car may be rented for any length of time - from one hour onwards. However, the minimum contract is signed for a day and for a maximum of 1 month. If you reserve the car for less than a day the contract will be signed on a day basis, and for periods over a month the contract will be signed on a monthly basis.

   
7. Advance bookings?

   The car may be rented 12 hours in advance over the Internet.

   
8. Minimum age to rent a car?

   You must be over 25 to rent a car. You must also have a Driving Licence valid in Spain and have been a driver for the last 3 years.

   
9. Payment Methods?

   Payment must be effected by means of a Credit Card. Your Credit Card details will be needed on picking up the vehicle, not for making the booking.

   
10. Credit Cards?

    A Credit Card is not required on booking a car, however our staff will ask you for your Credit Card details on picking up the car, as this is the only method of payment accepted. We accept all the main Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Debit Cards are not accepted.

    
11. Insurance?

    Compulsory Insurance coverage is included in the price. This covers, Collision Damage Warranty (CDW), Theft Policy (TP), Personal Accident Injuries (PAI) and Third Party Liability. Damage to Wheels, Tyres, fines, loss or breakage of car keys and pumping of wrong fuels into the car´s tank is not included. Special Insurance coverages may be contracted if you so desire.
